New weekly combo shows promise for Hard-to-Treat lymphoma

NCT ID NCT01703949

First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving a targeted drug (brentuximab vedotin) weekly, with or without another immune-boosting drug (nivolumab), can shrink tumors in people with CD30+ lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to standard treatment. About 28 adults with relapsed or refractory Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma will take part. The goal is to see if the weekly schedule or the combination can improve response rates.
