New combo therapy shows promise for Hard-to-Treat breast cancer

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, Debio 0123 and sacituzumab govitecan, in people with advanced breast cancer that has not responded to previous treatments. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors. About 76 participants will take part across multiple centers.
