NCT ID NCT07290543
Summary
This study is testing a new web-based toolkit called CONNECT, designed to help older cancer survivors living in rural areas manage emotional distress and anxiety. The program offers educational materials, helps set up telehealth visits, and provides personalized mental health resources. Researchers will compare the toolkit's effectiveness against standard care to see if it improves mental well-being for survivors and their caregivers.
