Summary
This study tested whether a single 25-minute web-based visual training session could improve balance, reaction time, and thinking skills in 30 professional esports players. Participants were randomly assigned to do eye exercises or nothing. Results were measured right after the session. The goal was to see if a simple, at-home eye workout could give gamers a quick performance boost.
