Summary

This study looked at whether a single 25-minute web-based visual training session could improve balance, reaction time, and thinking skills in 30 professional esports players. Participants were randomly assigned to do the eye exercises or to a control group that did nothing. The goal was to see if such a short, simple training could give players an edge in performance.
