Summary

This study explores whether playing a web-based game called the Breakfast Game can improve multitasking and other thinking skills in healthy adults aged 60-75. Participants will attend one educational session and 10 one-hour game sessions over a month, with follow-up tests after 1-2 weeks and 3 months. The goal is to find a simple, accessible way to support healthy aging and potentially lower the risk of Alzheimer's disease.
