Summary
This study tested a web-based program called Diapason for family caregivers of people with Alzheimer's disease. The program provides information, relaxation techniques, and a forum to connect with other caregivers. Researchers measured stress levels in 49 caregivers over 6 months to see if the online support helped compared to usual care.
