Brain training at home: new study tests if seniors will stick with it
NCT ID NCT03336320
First seen Dec 10, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tested whether older adults would use and accept a home-based program that combines exercise, brain games, and nutrition advice through a website and activity tracker. 120 participants with mild memory concerns were asked to follow the program for several months. The main goal was to see if people would stick with it, not to prove it works, so results will guide future larger studies.
