Brain training at home: study tests web program for aging minds
NCT ID NCT03336320
First seen Dec 10, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tested whether a home-based web program combining exercise, brain games, and nutrition advice is practical and well-liked by older adults. 120 participants aged 60+ with mild memory concerns used the program for several months. The goal was to see if they would stick with it and find it acceptable, not to prove it works, so this is a feasibility study.
