Summary

This study tested whether using a fitness tracker could help Black men who have survived prostate cancer become more active and improve their quality of life. Thirteen participants wore the tracker for six weeks and had weekly check-in calls. The main goal was to see if using the tracker was practical and acceptable for this group.
