Can your fitbit predict your heart disease risk?

NCT ID NCT07401550

Summary

This study aims to see if data from a wearable fitness tracker (like a Fitbit) can be used to assess and predict a person's risk for heart disease. Researchers will enroll 100 adults to wear a Fitbit for six months while also tracking their heart health through regular check-ups and questionnaires. The goal is to learn if the tracker's data on heart rate, sleep, and activity can help identify people at risk for heart problems.
