Could water therapy ease your aching knees better than land exercises?

NCT ID NCT07484529

Summary

This study will compare two types of physical therapy for people with knee osteoarthritis: one done in a pool (aquatic) and one done on land. Researchers want to see if exercising in water helps reduce pain and improve daily movement more effectively than similar exercises on solid ground. The goal is to find the best approach to help people with knee arthritis move more comfortably and improve their quality of life.
