Summary
This study tests whether drinking water before meals helps adults aged 50 and older with overweight or obesity lose weight. Participants will follow a reduced-calorie diet and be assigned to drink water before meals, spread water throughout the day, or have no water instructions. The goal is to see if timing of water intake makes a difference in weight loss and maintenance.
