Water workouts and bay leaf water may lower heart risk

Summary

This study tests if 16 weeks of water exercise in thermal water, drinking thermal water with bay leaf, or both can improve cholesterol and other heart health markers in adults over 45 with controlled health conditions. 80 participants will be split into four groups to compare these approaches against a control group. The goal is to find simple, natural ways to manage heart disease risk.
