Summary
This study looked at how well the WATCHMAN FLX Pro device, used to close a small pouch in the heart to prevent strokes in people with atrial fibrillation, gets covered by the body's own tissue after implantation. Researchers used CT scans and echocardiograms to check for any abnormal thickening on the device surface over 3 months. The goal was to understand healing patterns and their link to health outcomes.
