Summary
This study is for people with a specific type of rectal cancer that has completely disappeared after immunotherapy. Instead of having major surgery, which can cause lasting side effects, participants will be closely monitored to see if the cancer stays away. The goal is to see if this 'watch and wait' approach is safe and effective for preserving patients' quality of life.
