Summary
This study tested four different warm-up routines on 15 adolescent male football goalkeepers to see which one best improves flexibility, explosive power, and balance. The routines included aerobic running, static stretching, dynamic stretching, and movement preparation. The goal is to help coaches pick the most effective warm-up for young athletes.
