NCT ID NCT07542119
First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looks at how different warm-up activities affect physical performance in female athletes who play sports like soccer, handball, and basketball. Twenty athletes will try three warm-up routines: a standard warm-up, one with a performance-boosting activity, and one with a low-intensity activity that feels similar but has no real effect. After each warm-up, they will do jump and agility tests, and report how they feel. The goal is to understand which warm-up works best and how expectations play a role.
