Summary

This study looks at how a single session of walking or cycling changes certain proteins in the blood that are linked to autophagy—the body's way of cleaning out damaged cells. Forty healthy men aged 18-35 will walk or cycle, and researchers will measure three autophagy-related proteins before and after exercise. The goal is to learn more about how different types of exercise affect cell health without needing invasive muscle biopsies.
