Summary

This study tests a 12-session walking training program for people with Parkinson's disease. Participants will walk on a treadmill and overground while following a metronome beat at slow and fast speeds to improve step size and speed. The goal is to see if this training helps them walk farther and more smoothly. The study involves 45 participants and includes brain scans (MRI) before and after training.
