New walking therapy shows promise for back pain relief

Summary
This study tests if adding a special walking training (with gentle pressure on the spine) to standard core exercises helps people with chronic low back pain. Twenty adults aged 30-55 will be followed for 6 weeks to see if it improves pain, balance, and body awareness. The goal is to find a better way to manage long-term back pain.
