Summary

This study looks at whether adding a gentle, weight-bearing walking program to standard core exercises can help people with long-term low back pain. Researchers will measure changes in pain, balance, muscle strength, and body awareness after 6 weeks. The study involves 20 adults aged 30 to 55 with chronic low back pain.
