Summary
This study looks at how a 10-week moderate walking program affects heart health, body fat, and inflammation in women before and after menopause. Researchers will compare 32 women (16 premenopausal, 16 postmenopausal) who walk three times a week. The goal is to see if menopause changes how the body responds to exercise.
