Summary
This study tested if walking with a step tracker helps new mothers lose weight gained during pregnancy. 49 women who had healthy, single-baby pregnancies and were fit to walk took part. Researchers measured their weight and waist size at 10 and 14 weeks after giving birth to see if the walking program made a difference.
