Summary
This study looked at whether walking with a step tracker helps women lose weight after having a baby. 49 new moms joined the study, and their weight was checked at 10 and 14 weeks after giving birth. The goal was to see if this simple approach could reduce weight gained during pregnancy and lower future health risks.
