Summary
This study tests whether a walking program that combines outdoor walks, treadmill use, and a mobile app can improve heart and lung function and quality of life in women with fibromyalgia. About 54 participants aged 25-55 will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this approach helps reduce pain-related fear of movement and boosts overall well-being.
