Summary
This 12-week study tests whether personalized text messages can help 100 caregivers of people with Alzheimer's disease build a daily walking habit. Caregivers who are not very active will receive tips and reminders to walk at least 1,000 steps in a set period each day. The goal is to see if at least 60% of participants can make walking a regular habit.
