Summary
This study is testing if a gentle, modified version of football called 'walking football' is a safe and practical exercise option for people with axial spondyloarthritis, a condition causing long-term back pain and stiffness. A small group of 12 participants will attend twice-weekly sessions for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if this activity is feasible and safe, and if it helps improve symptoms and quality of life.
