Summary

This study is testing if walking football is a safe and practical exercise option for people with axial spondyloarthritis, a long-term condition causing back pain and stiffness. A small group of 12 participants will attend twice-weekly walking football sessions for 12 weeks. Researchers will check for safety, see if participants can stick with the program, and measure if it helps with symptoms and quality of life.
