Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new medicine called VX-581 in 128 healthy volunteers to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will monitor for side effects and measure drug levels in the blood. This is a first step to see if VX-581 can be developed further for people with cystic fibrosis.
