Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called VX-581 in 128 healthy volunteers to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. The study is double-blind and placebo-controlled, meaning some participants get the drug and some get a dummy pill. This is a first step toward possibly developing a new treatment for cystic fibrosis.
