Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug called VVD-159642, which targets specific cancer-driving proteins. It is given alone or with other drugs (sotorasib or trametinib) to people with advanced solid tumors that have certain genetic changes. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if it shrinks tumors. About 220 participants will take part across multiple centers.
