First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests two surgical methods to fix vulvovaginal gaping (a loose vaginal opening) in 100 women with prolapse. One method uses a newer muscle-plication technique, the other a traditional repair. The goal is to see which better restores anatomy and improves sexual comfort without causing pain during intercourse.
