Summary

This study tests two surgical techniques to fix vulvovaginal gaping (a loose vaginal opening) in 100 women with prolapse. One method uses a newer muscle-plicating approach, the other a traditional repair. The goal is to see which better restores normal anatomy and improves sexual comfort without pain at 12 months.
