NCT ID NCT02407509

First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tested an experimental drug called VS-6766, given alone or with everolimus, in 104 adults with advanced solid tumors or multiple myeloma that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal was to find a safe, tolerable dosing schedule and measure how the drug behaves in the body. While not a cure, the study aims to help control these cancers by shrinking or slowing tumor growth.
