Virtual reality goggles aim to ease pain and fear after back surgery
NCT ID NCT07231562
Summary
This study is testing if a special training program before back surgery helps people recover better. The training uses a video watched through virtual reality (VR) glasses and a brochure to explain movement after surgery. Researchers want to see if this reduces post-surgery pain, anxiety, and fear of moving or falling compared to standard care.
