Summary
This study is testing different versions of virtual reality (VR) therapy to help people with social anxiety. Researchers want to understand how VR exposure therapy works and whether it can be effective when done remotely without a therapist. The study will involve 45 adults with social anxiety who will try different VR approaches, from simple scripted interactions to fully customized scenarios.
