VR headsets could help people overcome social anxiety

Summary
This study is testing different types of virtual reality therapy to help people with social anxiety. Researchers want to understand how VR can best reduce anxiety symptoms when used with or without therapist guidance. The study will involve 45 adults with social anxiety who will try different VR approaches, from simple scripted interactions to fully customized scenarios.
