VR glasses could speed up return to work for stressed cabin crew

Summary
This study tests if using virtual reality (VR) can help flight cabin crew return to work faster after taking sick leave for mental health issues like stress or anxiety. About 118 participants will either get standard care or standard care plus at least one VR session where they virtually visit their workplace. The goal is to see if VR reduces job anxiety and improves confidence about going back to work.
