NCT ID NCT07033195
Summary
This study is testing whether two different types of virtual reality (VR) therapy can help people manage chronic low back pain. Researchers are recruiting 200 adults who have had back pain for at least six months. Participants will use a VR headset at home for 8 weeks to learn pain management skills or use distraction techniques, and their pain levels and daily function will be tracked for several months afterward.
