Summary
This study is testing whether virtual reality (VR) can help people with Alzheimer's disease feel better. Researchers are using VR headsets to show 50 nursing home residents familiar local scenes from their past, aiming to trigger positive memories. The goal is to see if these immersive 'memory trips' can reduce anxiety, depression, and apathy while improving overall quality of life.
