Summary
This study looked at whether practicing tennis in virtual reality (VR) helps university players feel more confident, focused, and motivated. 180 Chinese university tennis players were split into two groups: one used VR headsets for training twice a week for 8 weeks, while the other did traditional tennis practice. The results showed that VR training improved players' self-belief and enjoyment, suggesting it could be a useful tool for sports training.
