Summary

This study looked at whether practicing tennis in virtual reality (VR) helps college players feel more confident, focused, and engaged. 180 Chinese university tennis players were split into two groups: one did VR training twice a week for 8 weeks, and the other did regular coaching. The VR group reported higher self-confidence, better focus, and a stronger sense of being "in the zone" compared to the traditional training group.
