Summary

This study tests whether using a virtual reality system at home can help people with knee osteoarthritis feel less pain. Fifty adults will either play VR games that mimic physiotherapy exercises or follow a standard exercise program for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable for a larger future trial.
