First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looked at whether watching a 360-degree virtual reality nature video for 15 minutes can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in medical students. 82 students from a Malaysian university watched either a familiar local nature scene or a novel overseas scene. The goal was to see if a quick VR break could help when students don't have time to go outside.
