Summary
This study looked at whether taking a quick break to play an exercise game in virtual or mixed reality can improve mood and thinking skills in office workers. 28 adults who don't exercise regularly tried VR exergaming, mixed reality exergaming, or just resting. Researchers measured their mood, reaction times, and heart rate to see which break helped most.
