Summary
This study looks at whether using a virtual reality headset can lower pain and anxiety in people having a chest tube placed for fluid or air around the lung. About 38 adults will either get standard care or a personalized VR experience during the procedure. Researchers will measure pain and anxiety using simple 0-to-10 scales and also check heart and breathing rates.
