Summary
This study tested whether using virtual reality (VR) goggles for relaxation could lower stress, anxiety, and fatigue in intensive care unit (ICU) nurses. Sixty nurses from a Turkish hospital took part. The results will show if a short VR break can help ease the mental and physical strain of working in a high-pressure ICU environment.
