Summary

This study tested whether using virtual reality (VR) goggles for relaxation could lower stress, anxiety, and fatigue in intensive care unit (ICU) nurses. Sixty nurses from a hospital in Turkey took part. The goal was to see if a short VR break could help ease the mental and physical strain of working in a high-pressure ICU environment.
