Summary
This study is testing whether a virtual reality gardening program can help ease depressive symptoms in older adults. Researchers will enroll 36 people aged 60+ with mild, subthreshold depression. Participants will use VR to engage in simulated horticultural activities, aiming to improve mood, social engagement, and cognitive function without medication.
