Summary
This study tested a virtual reality videogame called Invite Only VR to help prevent e-cigarette and cannabis vaping in middle school students. Researchers worked with 62 students in 6th to 8th grade across three Connecticut schools. The game teaches healthy coping skills and emotion regulation. The goal was to see if students liked the game and if it changed their knowledge and intentions about vaping.
